- Do you provide pickup and dropoff transfers?Transfers are available to and from your Cairns City, Northern Beaches or Port Doulgas accommodation for an additional cost. Note: Port Douglas is a minimum of 2 people. Please select your accommodation on checkout or provide it to our reservations at the time of booking.
- What is the cost of pick-up and drop-off transfers?City transfers costs $20 per person and $29 per person from the Beaches or Outer City. Port Douglas transfers are $99 per person, minimum of 2 people. These are return prices.

- Transfer-what is the terminal address?Please make your way to the Reef Fleet Terminal, 1 Spence St, Cairns. Check in is between 7.15am - 7.45am. The boat departs at 8.00am sharp.
